Day 1 : Guwahati to Shillong
Reach Guwahati in the morning/noon as per your flight timing and start your journey for Shillong. After crossing Nongpoh, you will be welcomed by the beauty of the Khasi Hills. Stop at Umiam Lake to enjoy the vast expanse of the lake and take photos. You can also enjoy a boat trip on the lake. Reach Shillong by late afternoon/evening and check in to your hotel. After freshening up, we will spend the evening at the ever bustling Police Bazar where you’ll have a lot of shopping options. Return to hotel by night.

Day 2 : Shillong to Cherrapunji - Cherrapunji Tour
Start from Shillong early in the morning and drive to Cherrapunjee which was renowned to be one of the wettest place on earth with an average rainfall of more than 10000 mm a year. It is also renowned for its beautiful waterfalls and natural beauty all around. En-route visit the Elephant Falls while leaving Shillong. Upon reaching Cherrapunjee, visit the Mawsmai Caves, Seven Sister Falls, Noahkalikai Falls etc. Check in to your hotel at Cherrapunjee for an overnight stay at this wonderful place.

Day 3 : Mawlynong - Root Bridge - Dawki sightseeing tour
Start from Cherrapunjee in the morning for a day long tour to Mawlynong and Dawki. At the living root bridge, climb down and up the steps to watch nature’s artistry where the roots of two rubber plants have naturally entangled and formed a bridge on which people can walk and cross the waterbody beneath. Continue onwards to Mawlynong which is renowned as the Cleanest Village of Asia. You can have freshly prepared lunch at one of the few restaurants available there. Visit The Dawki River Bank which borders the land of Indian and Bangladesh and you can enjoy boating in the crystal clear water.

Day 4 : Dawki/Mawlynong to Krangsuri waterfalls tour - Return to Shillong
Wake up to the beautiful atmosphere of Dawki/Mawlynong and after breakfast, start your journey for one of the most beautiful waterfalls of Meghalaya – Krangsuri Waterfalls. Upon reaching Krangsuri, you’ll have time to bathe at the falls and spend time clicking pictures and enjoying the falls. Later in the afternoon, we start our journey back to Shillong. Reach Shillong by evening and check in to your hotel.

Day 5 : Shillong Sightseeing tour
After a relaxed morning breakfast, go for a day long Shillong sightseeing tour. Visit the Shillong Peak, Shillong Cathedral, Don Bosco Museum, the Golf Course and Ward’s Lake. Spend the afternoon shopping for souvenirs and other things from Police Bazar. Today is the last day of the tour and if you wish, we can suggest you a few wonderful evening hangout places at Shillong where you can wine and dine tonight. Return to hotel by night.

Day 6 : Shillong to Guwahati
After breakfast, we check out of the hotel and start your return journey to Guwahati. Bid Adieu to the abode of clouds – Meghalaya and take with you a cloud-full of memories until you re-visit him again. You can opt to visit the Maa Kamakhya Temple at Guwahati today before getting dropped at the airport for your return flight. (B)
